Repeat prescriptions
Clients: Please use the form below to request repeat prescriptions for your animal.
IMPORTANT - 48 Hours Notice Required
Please allow at least 48 hours notice so that your request can be authorised by a veterinary surgeon.
If you require medications for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.
We generally ask to re-examine your pet every 3 months, to look for any changes in the condition and for any side effects or new problems. The law requires that this check is done when prescribing prescription only medicines.
